» FAQs About the Firm

Can you guarantee success of my case?

Every case is different and requires a thorough, detailed analysis by the attorneys.  We work on every case with extreme diligence, always communicating with the client, and advising them of any pitfalls that we foresee.  Our success rate is very high, as we are often referred to new clients by former clients.  Furthermore, we are recognized by fellow attorneys, as well as the judges, as an experienced, personable, and efficient law firm.

Do you have reviews from clients available online?

Yes, reviews from some of our clients are available here on our testimonials page. However, many additional reviews are available through Google reviews from our former clients, when you search our firm name.

My case is not in one of the states where your attorneys practice. Can I still hire your firm?

If you have an immigration case, we can help you wherever you are. We practice immigration law in all 50 states in the United States. For other [non-immigration] cases, we are licensed to handle legal matters in Maryland and Pennsylvania. We also have other attorneys who are licensed in many neighboring states to handle civil, family law, and criminal law matters.

Do you offer discounts or payment plans?

We understand that these are challenging times for many of us. We believe that everyone deserves first-rate legal service that is also affordable. To that end, we offer generous monthly payment plans for our clients who may need extra help. In addition, we are dedicated to providing pro bono and low cost legal services for indigent clients.

What are your fees?

We offer a free 30 minute initial consultation for potential clients.  Our legal fees are very reasonable and very competitive. Depending on the type of your case, you may be charged a flat fee or hourly rate.  During the consultation, we will review your case and inform you of the legal fee.
